"Whether thoughts written are true, are fictitious, or are fantasy, they still mean something."
Sometimes in this world we live in we just need someone to talk to, not to respond or agree, but just to listen. And not just when we have something to say, but always. That person could be a friend-across the sea or near, a sibling-an imaginary or real, or no one. You could straight up just but you're own thoughts and feelings out in the world for whoever stops by to read, not because they care or because they want to. Because they're curious. Because they have nothing better to do with their terrible lives than to sit around and read about someone else's. And vice versa.
You write your words and thoughts on paper or on computer screen. They mean something to someone out there. Even if that person doesn't exist quite yet, they will one day. So you write your experiences. Not to latch on to your continuous life and follow you around like a poor horse and become a novel, because no one has the time or memory to do that. Not to be a diary for your true and non-fictitious memories to be written down for only your future self to look at one day to be disappointed in yourself, think, "damn, my life was shit". Not to be a fictional story about characters you have to make up in your mind when it's really just you and your friends but all with different names that you can never keep up with.
So you write. You make yourself a little "story" called 'Teacup' and you write your thoughts. Whether it's you or it's a character you've made or a character from another movie or book et cetera. Why the name Teacup: no one will ever know.
You write because you're bored, you write because you want to, you write because you're bursting with ideas, you just write.
