Alysanne Lannister was, by all accounts, a lion.

When Melissa Blackwood bore six children, each entered the realm with the various dark shades of hair familiar to the Blackwoods, descendants of First Men. The Lannister line was no match. Until Alysanne. Borne the last of seven, she was the only one of Melissa Blackwood and Alastor Lannister's children to be gifted the infamous golden blonde hair. Finally, one child was more lion than raven.

Alysanne was Tywin Lannister's pride. Theomar, his eldest grandson, would likely be his heir and Joanna, his eldest granddaughter, would be his political advantage through marriage, but Alysanne-she'd carry on the Lannister legacy, strengthen it. He would make sure of it.

Melissa Blackwood was terrified of it. She, above all, knew what the Lannisters were, what they were capable of and she would not allow her children to become trapped to it. They may have carried the name of the lion, but they were also ravens and ravens remembered.

-In which Alysanne Lannister turned to the wolves to escape the lions and found herself tipping the scale balancing the power of the realm.

8 parts Ongoing Mature

In which a girl of Valyrian descent, finds herself in Westeros with impure intentions. I suck at prologues, but here is a small glimpse. ""Right, so yada yada yada, 50 years before The Doom, there was a prophecy by one of the Targaryen descendants, Daenys the Dreamer. Unfortunately, she was as unreliable as a cup of water against a volcanic eruption; her dreams came in riddles, and she herself couldn't decipher them. There were more reliable seers, but she was famous because she had a good vision about some event that boosted the Targayens' power. Anyway, she stated that something would destroy Valyria in the future, but she did not specify what, and she got mocked for it. Seeing as the Targaryens were extremely loyal to one another, an insult to one is an insult to the entire family. Then, however, a more reliable seer in the Targaryen family had a vision that was more specific about the impending doom, including when it would occur, how it would occur, and what it would do. Aenar Targaryen, the head of the Targaryen family, was petty and did not wish for the other houses to know about this. People ridiculed them more because they believed he was acting on Daeny's dream when he began moving the family's assets from Valyria and Dragonstone. If you are not catching on, House Targaryens was a house of seers."
