All-Star Little Firefighter, BFFs, a Dragon and Ewing Sarcoma

Hot shot is five years old he lives with his father Heatwave and his mother Quickshadow. They live in Fort Worth Texas. Heatwave is a firefighter and Quickshadow is a pediatric oncologist. Hot shot is a very playful and happy child. He has loved to play games and sports. He is a very wonderful and happy child. However one day things change. Hot shot was playing outside on his playset when he takes a tumble and land on the upper part of his left knee. Hot shot is in pain and his parents take him to Cook Children's ER to get an X-ray to see if Hot shot broke a bone or had a bad sprain. After the X-ray the doctors see something startling a tumor on Hot shot's femur at the knee. They do a biopsy right away. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma a type of bone cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to fight his cancer head on. At the hospital he makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and decide to fight their cancer together. Hot shot is determined to kick cancer's butt! (humanized)
