Nova Zuris

Since the lastest world war in 2269, the Earth has been ravaged, buildings destroyed and populations decimated.
The survivors of this devastating war gathered in one place in hopes of survival.
20 years later, the city Nova Zuris is still in construction.
On the East coast, the city is protected by the ocean and the rest of it's protected by long and big walls.
However, the government discovered recently the presence of a virus called Ofyzus 51, that had developed as a result of radioactive reactions from nuclear bombs and only touches children that weren't present during the war. Thanks to new technological advances, the government developed microchips, implanted in newborn babies wrists born from 2288, to protect them from this mortal virus.
