Out Of The Grave

17 year old Halsey Smythe is dead.
She died at a party - thrown by 3C, a supernatural-phobic terrorist organization - seven years ago, and is very much on her way to becoming dirt.
That's what most people - supernaturals and humans alike - think.
Teenage medium Quinn Barlowe knows a bit more. He knows Halsey was killed by supernaturals. Buried in a shallow grave, only to come back as a zombie now wandering the streets of New York.
She's a minor threat, though, since she's already seen the error of her ways. The real threats comes at Quinn and Halsey from three sides:
The other victims of the 3C party are rising.
The supernatural enforcers, the Shadow Police are on their tail.
And of course, the 3C isn't exactly uninterested...
