Maurine Haryana Sandoval is a girl who's always craving validation by her Father. She believes that life is all about success and validation. The word 'fail' doesn't exist in her vocabulary because she believes that if you fail, you must quit in the game that you can't win. So if you don't want to quit, you must succeed. Success is like a paradise to her that if she does not succeed, she will be lost in a paradise that she made in herself.

But when she met Sebastian Dean Hernandez, her beliefs changed. Sebastian taught her that being a failure doesn't need you to quit. He taught her that if she fails, she can try and try until she succeeds.
