One year before the harrowing battle of the Silver Millenium, four princesses from the Galilean Empire vanished from their Kingdoms without a trace. One month after Usagi battled Queen Beryl and resurrected all she loved with the power of the SIlver Crystal, one of the lost has awoken.
Shina Yukime, Who has newly moved from America to Japan, has found herself the target of a new enemy. Elder Bocuk, claims he is the chosen one to unite the Effigy of Seasons and bring on the Endless Night. He has brainwashed Sailor Io, Callisto and Ganymede, and all he needs is Sailor Europa's phenomenal winter powers to snuff out the sun's light.
With the help of Sailor Moon and her team, Sailor Europa must track down the Galilean Scout's civilian identities, win back their Talisman and remind them of who they really are, all before the Winter Solstice takes over.
Because even while Shina's powers grow, so does that of her enemy. As the seasons change, time is running out for everyone.
