After the battle against Kaido and Big Mom, Luffy and his crew the Straw Hat Pirates find themselves in a unknown world after a rift in time and space appear afte they left Wano Kuni for their next destination.

In Academy City, a city with over 2.3 millions residents with 80% of the population being students, and the remaining 20% wee adults, in this city a certain boy named Kamijou Touma who were facing against Misaka Mikoto meet the Straw Hats after their arrival in the city from the sky.

When the future Pirate King and Imagine Breaker cross path, a new story begin.
