Shadow Within

In a world where werewolf hierarchies for the throne clash, Amber was born as an illegitimate child to a werewolf king and she becomes banished from the kingdom because of her inability to fight and lack of might. Her mother raised her in a distant place, trying to make her life normal.

As age catches up with Amber, she is led by some mysterious events that are occurring in the war back to where she grew up but never felt welcome. Once some truths come out about her lineage as the daughter of the king, it forces her to go back into royal lineage again. However, when Amber refuses her mate chosen by Artemis, the goddess of werewolves life spirals into rejection.
