On Halloween night, children go outside dressed as many mythical creatures from stories and fairytales. Walking up to others houses and wishing for candy. This is a well celebrated holiday each year, and is something to look forward to each year.
As a lonely boy steps out from his doorstep, fear overtakes him as he sees children running around, baskets full of candy, and terrifying costumes hiding their identity. He stood shaking, a white sheet with two holes to see from covering him, giving the illusion of a ghost. He wished he was a real ghost, invisible and unheard by the world.
His mother pushed him forward, encouraging him to finally walk the streets alone on this night. He sighed, and walked to the front of his home, waving goodbye to his mother. Kids rushed past him for a chance of more candy, ignoring the boy. He fixed his costume, the flimsy sheet barely covering him in the harsh wind.
This night couldn't be any worse.

This is a story that I created during a creative project. It started with one character and turned into a whole Halloween troupe. It's mainly my silly stories and adventures of these characters who have become very dear to me.
I'm not the best writer, but this is also just me making things up as I go. (This is also stemming from my love of Tim Burtons Nightmare Before Christmas, something I have adored since childhood.)

Under The Bed
As a child you always fear the monster under your bed or in your closet. Maybe you watched a scary movie or were told a horror story to make you believe something was under there. You jump onto your bed and jerk your limbs away from the edge or always shut your closet door. Then you hide under the covers in hopes that they don't get to you. As you grow older you realize the invisible monster under your bed is just that, invisible. Its not that they don't exist, it's just that you don't see them. You write off the bumps in the night as the wind or shifting floorboards but they're lies. Little white lies you tell yourself so you can sleep at night. Well I'm here to tell you that whatever is causing those bumps is very real. In my case, the source doesn't hide in my closet but rather under my bed. And he's determined to drag me right there with him. Can you be friends with the monster under your bed? ** "Ask me Aria," he rasped. His voice dripped with temptation that would make the devil jealous. His lips were brushing against mine as we leaned into each other. I felt like I was drowning in his presence. Going Nowhere
My name is Hibiscus Brown, my best friend is a unicorn and my life is going absolutely nowhere. Oh, and I'm a witch. At least partly - the rest is all werewolf. After growling a little to loudly, Hibiscus, Kitty, Brown finds herself in the unfortunate situation of having to move back home to live with her dad /the werewolf/, her step-mom /the werebear/, and all the other creatures living in a small town called Nowhere. Surely it's just temporary? Surely even a half-witch/half-werewolf can figure out what she wants to do with her life? Surely the handsome werewolf who just moved back will ignore her, like he /mostly/ did when they were in high school? And surely the mysterious dark stranger who seems to pop up just about everywhere will help her when she needs it? Someday - A Short Story
Life was dull, boring, and mechanical. I’ve always wondered if this would change. If something interesting will happen. I always hoped something interesting will happen. A falling meteor that would destroy half of town, an alien invasion, or even the Apocalypse. Anything, just to relieve me of this monotonous life I lead. “Urgh,” I groaned as I reached over to turn off the alarm clock that sounded like a hundred sirens in the early hours of dawn. The golden sun hasn’t come out to expel the surrounding darkness yet. I figured it would take an hour more or so for the sun to show its shining face, so I decided to eat breakfast and take a bath first. But little did I know that today was the day that my life would change. It was the day I met her. ---------- A short story. Hey guys! This is my first try writing a pure romance story. I hope you'll like it. :D This story will be rarely updated, since I'm busy with school and stuff. So, sorry in advance. ~Just Perfect EDIT: As of 03/29/14 (arranged in this order: dd/mm/yy), this story has deviated from its original "pure romance," into something worth delving deeper into. Quite interesting. And because of this... "something worth delving deeper into," I have decided to continue the story with a PART TWO! Though that will have to wait until after Exile. Possessive *Rewrite*
In a post apocalyptic world, two young women had been living in a small corner of the world for several years before they are forced to flee what they had called home for a while. In doing so, they were low on supplies and had no choice but to seek out the next place to call home. And it is at the worst time to, with winter approaching quickly. They find themselves within a ruined Salt Lake city of Utah, where they quickly find items that they would deem as useful for themselves. However, this city wasn't empty. A large group who have taken control of the city and are merciless towards outsiders, even to those wanting to join the group. The two women are lucky, at first, to avoid being detected by this group. But that does not last for long. However, it would seem this group was not the only threat. Smaller groups who roam the city seem to hold up against this large group just fine, but rumours and sightings of strange beings roaming the city are echoed and repeated by various people. And it all seems to lead back to an abandoned pizzeria that has been shut down for years. But the two women would soon find themselves confronting one of these things. But it would not be a normal encounter. After all, this individual has had a lust for blood and all he loves to do is hunt and kill. However, it is at this encounter that he seems to find intrigue with one of the women. Mostly for how she handled the encounter like no one else has. And he would soon realize another side of his coin has arrived, and she had no idea. And thus, while women attempt to leave, they find that they have unintentionally become intertwined with something that has now secured their fate to the ruined city. And for one, undead animatronic, this has become favorable to him. And for another, golden animatronic, the perfect storm to keep unfolding his plan of torment for one William Afton.
The Neighbour's House
My neighbour's house is normal. There are two stories, stairs, and a tiny porch. A red door, and many windows with pretty crimson shutters. My neighbour's house is normal. The lights are on when they need to be, and off when they don't. The grass is mown, and there are sometimes cars in the driveway. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I can see into some of the rooms. Always when I'm not really trying. The rooms are nice, with a warm colour scheme and polished wooden furniture. There is one room that is entirely white. A bare bulb swings from the ceiling. From the outside, I can see no furniture. The walls are old and stained.. There are no shutters on that window. My neighbour's house is normal. I see them sometimes. They're gone most of the day. We wave when we see each other, coming or going. Those two seem nice. Didn't they used to have a son about my age? My neighbour's house is normal. They turn off their lights about the same time we do. Except in that one room. The lights in the white room stay on late each night. I tried to watch them, once, to see how late they stayed on. I fell asleep. When I woke up, they were already off. My neighbour's house is normal. Sometimes I hear sounds from the house. Almost like muffled screams. Everyone gets night terrors, it's common knowledge that, at night, everything can sound scary. My neighbour's house is normal. Except when it isn't.Terminé

I was hit with a wave of arousal at the sound of it-it was rumbling and husky, heating me up at the core. "What's so funny?" I grumbled, sure he was laughing at my expense. He looked down, that gorgeous grin still on his chiseled face, showcasing his lovely white teeth. "Oh, Kitten. Your name, Amirykal, do you know its meaning?" He asked, his voice sensual and erotic as he spoke my name. "No-I was found with that name." I answered struggling to keep my voice even as he slowly approached, like a predator would his prey. "Well, Love, I'll tell you. Amirykal means 'gift', or, more exactly, 'a gift from God'." He purred as he got closer and closer, so there was barely a foot between us. "And why is that funny?" I had a very hard time focusing on the conversation at hand with him at this proximity, using that lovely tone. "Because, Amirykal, I am Lucifer. The awakening
"Do you love me, dad?" asked Belle. "To the moon and back!" I said. "I love you too!" she replied. I held her hand when her heart stopped beating. *** After Adam's eldest daughter got expelled from school, they move to a new town in the hope that will be better for her. Belle hates it and want to move back to New York. But things change when she meets Robin in school. They become friends and she realize that it wasn't a stupid idea to move. One morning a new teacher starts in their class and he's far from kind. He favors some students and give way too much homeworks. Belle get detention for no reason and she's always tired and pale when she comes home. Adam and his husband get very worried about her, but she assures them that everything is fine. At the same time there's murder in the town and it always takes place at night. His two youngest kids have nightmares at night and don't remember anything in the morning.
