That's what Operation: S.T.E.A.L.T.H. was for.

Secretly was the easiest part. It just meant don't get caught. Uraraka didn't plan on doing that anyways.

Track wasn't as easy. The hideout, a later part of the acronym, moved frequently. She just needed to keep an eye on the target.

Enter. C'mon, do you need that explained?

Learn the hideout. Figure out where the members would be during the infiltration and learn every nook and cranny of the building. It could save the mission. Getting caught wasn't an option.

Hideout. That's where Uraraka was going. Right into the beating heart of the League's whole operation.
