After barely surviving Warwick's attack, Powder, Ekko, and Lux uncover a shocking truth- Powder from another universe arrived in their world 800 years ago. She left behind an artifact, a scaled-up version of Ekko's Z-Drive. If it truly controls time, then maybe-just maybe-they can undo the destruction, the deaths, the betrayals.
But time is unforgiving. Every answer raises more questions. Why did AU Powder come here? What was she trying to change? As they search for the truth, they realize the cost of altering fate may be higher than they ever imagined.
With time slipping through their fingers, Powder, Ekko, and Lux must make an impossible choice: Can they save those they lost? And if they can... should they? Because in a battle against time itself, some fates may be worse than death.
