After Garou was defeated by Saitama and bore witness to the death of Tareo, he sacrificed his life to undo the damage he'd inflicted upon the world. In that moment however, God stripped him of both his powers and his life, turning the hero hunter to salt, but Saitama would persevere and undo the actions of Garou's cosmic fear form, and the hunter would see Tareo one last time before his soul fade into the aether... Only for another deity to snatch up his soul and offer him a second chance in another world of heroes.

So I thought of this at like 2 in the morning and wrote a bunch of notes and I'm surprised no one else had done it. The only other 2 fics I can think of that did something similar are 'Perseverance' and 'A Hunter Amongst Heroes'.

Izuku Midoriya was born with multiple quirks but couldn't actively use them because his body couldn't handle them plus he couldn't tell anyone or he would be targeted by many villains if word got out that he had multiple quirks. His mother and the quirk doctor were the only ones who knew this besides Izuku. Not only that but because none of his quirks would activate until later he couldn't prove to have one thus he was labeled as quirkless by his peers and school. Understanding the danger of having multiple quirks Izuku just pretends to be quirkless but trains hard taking up dance, martial arts, and gymnastics training his body for when he awakens his quirks. When he is 12 his mother died protecting him from a villain. Seeing his mother's death with his own eyes led to him awakening his quirks and his grandfather takes guardianship of him. After his mother's death Izuku chooses to become a vigilante who saves all those he can. After a few years later Izuku is 15 and in his last year in middle school. Everyone still believes him to be a quirkless loser but in truth, Izuku holds many secrets. Izuku wasn't planning on going to the UA Hero course instead he plan to go into their Support Course. However, things don't always go as planned when one day while walking to school Izuku saves a child from being hit by a car not knowing Nezu was watching the entire time. Later when doing a drop to give a certain underground hero information he is caught. After that he is taken in for interrogation, told he will be going into the UA hero course, and even gets adopted by Nedzu. However, just cause he force to enter UA doesn't mean he will stop doing his vigilante work.
