Struck By Love: A Stranger Things Fanfic.

"Get out of my way." Billy ordered. She sighed, defeated. This was it. Decision time. Her love or her family.

"No." She shook her head, not moving an inch. "They're my family, Billy. Family comes first, no matter what. Even you won't get in the way of that. As much as I love you, family comes first. Always."

Kaitlyn Hopper was what everyone would consider popular by association but she'd never call herself 'cool' by any means. She was beautiful, sure and that's what made people jealous of her. Being the daughter of the Chief of Police made her useful to everyone, including her 'freak' friends, Eddie Munson included. However, the oncoming storm didn't need her usefulness.

Billy Hargrove was arrogant, egotistical and cocky. An all-round asshole. These were the exact people who Kaitlyn seemed to attract. When Billy moved to Hawkins with his red-headed step-sister, she was nothing more than a new challenge but when Katie didn't back down he became curious. Will they crash and burn or will fate be kind to them just this once?

"You are my heart, my life, my one and only thought." - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
