Lilith, an assassin known by the world as Medusa, gets hired to kill a man. She couldn't find anything thing about him so she went into the hit with very little knowledge. It turns out that he's the leader of a extremely large Mafia group, but that's fine, Lilith has killed Mafia members before. The problem is that he isn't willing to die quite yet, and he finds the woman sneaking into his room breath taking.
