Due to a lab accident, the Rabbids were send to the Mushroom Kingdom and Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, the Mane 6s from different timelines and the Penguins of Madagascar got sucked into a portal.
Now Mario, Sonic and Twilight Sparkle find themselves with Beep-0, Rabbid Luigi, Rabbid Peach, Kowalski, Private, Zipp Storm and Pipp Petals, searching for their friends
Join Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rarity,  Sunny, Izzy, Hitch, Pipp, Zipp, Misty, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, Private, Beep-0,  Rabbid Mario, Rabbid Luigi, Rabbid Peach and Rabbid Yoshi to stop Bowser Jr and save Spawny, a little Rabbid merged with the headset that can fuse things

Sonic and the Penguins of Madagascar by SonicandMLPFan

Inspired by Chaotic Power (A Mario Movie + Sonic Movie Crossover) by JadeSylvinaVA and from the movie, Penguins of Madagascar! Takes part a year after Sonic Frontiers, and, even better, Tails and Knuckles are in this. A year after Sonic defeated The End, he settled in with his adopted family, with Tails and Knuckles, who are now adopted. But after his sixtieth birthday's catastrophe, the Wachowskis finish off his birthday with presents, cake and a movie he loved watching called "Moas of Madagascar", which involved four moas on an adventure to stop a giant squid, which Sonic wished he'd get. Time comes as he and his family meet up with four penguins named Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private, who once belonged to a zoo, but now lived in a circus. And Sonic's adventure feels like he's in the movie he watched, but with his brothers, parents and the penguins this time. Join Sonic, Skipper, Tails, Kowalski, Knuckles, Rico, Private, Tom and Maddie as they meet new faces and stop an octopus named Dave from mutating all penguin kinds as they defend their penguin friends from him.

Ep11: Lyric finds out a mysterious villain that he soon learns to cope with. Ep12: Niki is curious on her brothers heroic past. It's only a matter of when Sonic decides to show off his collection over the years. Ep13: A guys day out becomes something sad about Silver's past. Ep14: Mephiles finally gets a pinpoint on where Iblis is. Ep15: Jeffery is greeted by one of his old friends, but what he doesn't realize is that his old pal wants Niki. Ep16: Rich girl, Chloe think that Niki is taking her fame, so she goes to villains to try and eradicate the hedgehog. Ep17: Many secrets are kept and poured out between people. Description about story: Twilight Sparkle finds an ancient star chart which shows the location of another world, Earth, as well as a powerful teleportation spell capable of interstellar travel. Princess Celestia allows Twilight to go to the other world for exploration. However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna. Twilight Sparkle, and Optimus Prime must save two worlds from three powerful villains.
