Alex Turners voice blasts through the speakers, and people start to walk quickly onto the dance floor. People crowd around me- singing, drinking, dancing. This was our song... I glanced over at Izzy. The energy seemed to seep out of people, making it hard to think about anything other than dancing.
He took her hand... not mine. He lead her onto the dance floor... not me.
