Casthaniel Lee William Belinksy Ivanov is a guy who has everything  being handsome, rich, helpful, kind, smart; he possesses it all. However, there is one thing he lacks: the love of his friend Caius Mendoza Santos, a sentiment that dates back to their high school days.
