In a place where time has stopped an organization known as the "Planetary Investigation League" have dedicated their lives to restoring time.

Kasey, a leafeon who works for Lurantis' Guild, finds himself being forced to mentor a strange Eevee. In the meantime he has been getting involved with some questionable pokémon trying to 'Prevent the past.'
