Tyler Skelton knew nothing but pain, misery and hate when he was at Union Academy, where people with abilities called Powers ruled. He was beaten, bullied and neglected by most people there cause he lacked a Power and didn't care about heros

He had friends, even a girlfriend he loved dearly, but she was taken from him due to the bullies thinking he didn't deserve her. 

So after the abuse, the pain and suffering, he left and returned home. When he did, the people of Heavenbrook rallied around him to help him. His parents came to give Himiko love and support 

Then he came back to do what he loved, making guns. For he is the Gunsmith of Havenbrook
