What do you think monsters truly look like?
Monsters in their truest form are not grotesque creatures or some sort of eldritch monstrosity. True monsters are those who blend seamlessly into society, wearing the disguise of a human. They smile the kindest smiles, yet there's darkness lurking beneath it. Their voices are soothing but it's no less than the voice of a devil. Some even wear masks of innocence.

A humble request from an 8-year-old boy to his grandpa, causes the old man to revisit memories of the past which he wished he'd forgotten. The old man recalls in his younger years that he believed sheltered a beacon of hope and serenity, a bundle of joy and innocence only to find out much later on that it was merely a veil for the horrors that it concealed, a trail of memory he never wanted to visit.

Navigate the labyrinthine depths of human nature, as the old man digs further into his Pandora's box of memories. Discover that true monsters walk among us, the dreadfulness they carry cloaked with a mask of virtue.
