12 kids as counselors at a haunted camp of the legend of Creepy Billy, people think he died but some think he's still alive waiting for the perfect victims for himself.

He'll kill anyone who gets in his way of killing his victims or as he says his toys to play with whenever he wants.

They didn't ask for this but he doesn't care cause their not leaving this camp alive or will they?

And if they do will he stop if they do leave or not?
