in this story issei will be one of three children je is the youngest between his brother ryu and sister kai , issei was always neglected by his parents and siblings all because he wasn't born with any magic or sacred gear so they figured he didn't have any power little did they know he has some thing far more potent and powerful celestial energy and that is because heaven itself needed a new champion ever sense the angels made a peace treaty with the fallen angels and devils the angels have been lax in both gods and heavens original mission for them which is to help other holy gods/deities keep humans away from devils and dark gods so heaven years after gods death needed a champion one who could free the arcutha the primordial angels from their self isolation and bring things back to the way things are supposed to be and not only that heaven made issei hyoudou a arcutha but even with that the boy needed training so heaven made a deal with the boy the dimension would send him to three others to get the training he needed and once done he will return back with any materials he gained .
