The killing game we all know started, but something isn't quite right... Someone still remembers their past and they desperately want someone else to remember too, but who could it be? There's only one way to find out.
This book is the second book of a trilogy, I recommend you read the first one for more concept.
Contains:
a lot of angst (obviously)
violence (like seriously, this is a Danganronpa fanfic)
could possibly contain smut (I would write it separately from other chapters to let people uncomfortable skip it)
some fluff
strong language

It's been about a year since the thirteen of them woke from the living hell that was the Killing Game. Ever since, they've been living together in a strange new world where their old memories are next to meaningless. Kokichi still feels the effects of the game a year later; although, he only has himself to blame for not being able to get past his guilt. Still, he hopes to be able to, one day, feel like he has earned his place among the others and maybe even feel like he can belong. Shuichi woke up in a hospital room confused and dazed, only to find out that all his friends had survived the killing game, thanks to Team Danganronpa's futuristic technology. He's ready to go back home to piece together who he was before he lost his memories, but when he gets returns home he finds that his past self had an unlikely roommate. Or: Everybody lives and when Shuichi goes back home he is met with none other than Kokichi Ouma. Falling in love ensues. (Completed) Shuichi gets to replay the killing game and try to stop the murders, but he doesn't know how. The detective realizes the one person who can help him is the antagonist, Kokichi. The liar agrees to help him, but neither know what they have gotten into. At some point in the game they figure there is a way to manipulate the mastermind, the audience, and Monokuma. The power of the fanservice. So they make a fake relationship act. It's a lie! Right? With the help of Rantaro, Kaito, Maki, Kaede, and others, Shuichi tries his best to work with Kokichi. Will Shuichi be able to survive this hell? Or will he discover a new side of Kokichi? No longer alone (non-toxic/stereotypical PG Saiouma)
(First book of the trilogy) Kokichi, a kind, extroverted boy, moved out to a new city and dropped out in a new school: Spring Field Academy, he quickly made friends here and became one of the popular students, but soon after a few weeks, he notices that one of his classmates is left out from everybody else. Kokichi never saw that boy speak to anyone, neither did he hear him talk in the first place, so of course he decided to try and befriend this lonely boy. This is a non-stereotypical pregame Saiouma story where there is no stalker-ish creepy Shuichi or uwu boy Kokichi, just their ingame personalities with a few changes here and there, I hope you will like this fluff story, there may be some angst here and there or other things, but I'll just put warnings in chapters for people uncomfortable with it :D contains: angst violence smut (the smut part will be separated from other chapters so that people that don't wanna read it would be able to skip it) aaand a lil bit of hidden lore you could try finding out with some clues, I know that there will be detective readers hungry for some lore 🔍 but you still have to find what could be related to a hidden lore 🤭 I could maybe, just maybe give you some hints! enjoy the fanfic!Terminé
