Yunjin couldn't shake the worry gnawing at her. Ever since the car accident, Chaewon was struggling to remember anything. Now, those memories were like scattered puzzle pieces, and Yunjin was determined to help Chaewon put them back together. It was painful to see her trying so hard to grasp memories that seemed just out of reach. Would their love be strong enough to overcome this hurdle, or would it prove to be too much?
In those quiet moments, amidst the uncertainty, Yunjin clung to the belief that their bond was resilient enough to weather any storm-even the storm of lost memories.

Chaewon snapped as she crossed her arms. Yunjin still hasn't let go of her. "You can't just-" "What do you care?" The blonde's anger took over. "Have you been watching me?" Yunjin's cheeks flushed. "You're my best friend, I'm supposed to care." She shot back. "Well, you've done a good job ruining it." Chaewon tried to force Yunjin's hands off. It was to no avail: the redhead only gripped her tighter. "Dance with me." She spoke as she stared at Chaewon, studying every detail of her face. Suddenly, all the anger seemed to dissipate when Chaewon looked back into Yunjin's dark eyes. She was severely wasted, hot, and her mind was all over the place; but Yunjin was her constant. She hated how Yunjin filled her chest with a warmth she couldn't explain. And she hated that she couldn't just keep being angry. But she loved Huh Yunjin. Which was something she'd never admit while sober.

From the road, Chaewon could only make out their broadest features: a woman in a white tank top, her muscled shoulders tanned from the sun, an axe dangling casually in one hand. She had already placed a log in front of her, and as Chaewon watched she lifted the axe above her head and swung it downwards in a single fluid motion, the taut muscles of her arms working so perfectly with the axe they might have all been one. The log split easily into two, as though she were cutting through paper, and the woman picked up the two halves to place them into a neat stack nearby. "Ah," Chan said, catching the line of her gaze, "That's Yunjin. Your new neighbor. Don't mind her too much, she's a little... eccentric." Chaewon liked eccentric. She also liked women who looked like they could tear her in half without too much effort.
