2092 was an extremely hot summer, yet it was what everyone had gotten used to and expected. Over three decades prior global warming had increased atmospheric temperatures to dangerous levels Earth wide. Increases in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has done exactly what science had been predicting for the last century.
Only a few men, those who had been in the right positions with access to all of the right data had the foresight to actually see what was potentially about to happen. But would their actions prove successful or come in time? What of the newly discovered prehistoric writings that the government has locked away? Could they contain a clue about our ancient past? And what of the Martian Terraforming Colony? Could it survive without support from Earth? General Matthias James Rodgers would risk his reputation, his career even his life; and do everything in his power to see that the human race as we know it continued on, but he wasn't sure who he could trust, or if it would even be enough.

Today marks 15 years since the U.S. Government issued a nationwide evacuation, but the only safe place was underground. They claimed scientists had measured an immense amount of pressure on the sun's surface that posed a serious threat to Earth. The media exploded with different ideas, breaking down what vague warning was given to the public. Some ignored these warnings as others prepared and went underground, such as my mother and I did. We were two of the 33 that were lucky enough to be taken in by the Vinyard's in their bunker they built, however not all were fortunate enough to make it through the 15 long years. We all had a name for the phenomenon that sent us under - The Burial. The surface rattled with mysterious noises over the next 5 years. As soon everyone got used to the noise, it all grew silent. Since all communications were cut off from the surface, we were all lost in the dark as to what really happened to our home, but no one dared to suggest leaving. However, the Vinyard's had a set of rules for their bunker: Ensure you are doing your part to keep the bunker running. Never take more than you need. No procreation. However, the last, but most important rule; Never go near the bunker door - ever. The year is 2071 and now there are only 40 of us left out of the 100 that began this underground journey. What we once considered an unlimited amount of food is starting to thin and run low. Keeping morale high is also becoming a strenuous task. Many don't believe there's life outside the bunker doors and many are too scared to think about it, but undiscovered secrets within the Vinyard's bunker may lead to a new, and literal, unearthing of information.

Years after The Fall, the Tribes that were established are still at war. They still fight to keep what they pillaged, and most of all they fight to keep their lies a secret. *Prologue* To be entirely honest with you, I never really considered my future. It's not like I needed to...right? As I sit here, writing this down, I feel a little pathetic. Although the chance that someone would read my story is incredibly low, I can't help but feel a small glimmer of hope that someone will find it. It would become an instant best-seller! Who wouldn't read the first-hand account of a zombie apocalypse survivor? Even if that day were to arrive, I can guarantee that I won't be alive to see it. The world is a complete and total mess and we are the only ones to blame. Why do you ask? Well, why don't we take a trip down memory lane? However escaping from the Proditors, a group of humans who standby the Resinix, would be anything but easy. They lived in a small town in Colombia called Salento located North just off the edge of the Amazon Rainforest. The Advors remained hidden under the tall rainforest trees while the Resinix and Proditors ruled the rest of the Earth with an iron fist. The Clovers lived in hiding as they waited for their moment to leave the Proditor infested town. However, suspicion would soon arise. Some mistakes weren't well observed as not everyone was gifted with good observation and understanding skills. Due to that, some man was blind by revenge. Hatred and revenge burnt in their heart and soul forgetting that the law is still being upheld. Letters and notes were old ways to express someone's feelings. With the new technology, many had decided to move on, using e-mails and social media to express what they feel. Having a note in a home compound might be exciting for anyone but not Addison Lore. Those notes were sent to her without fail for fourteen continuous days. Even a red ruby ring. Will she be able to escape the fate she was about to face? Centuries ago this was a great planet, now it's a husky shadow of its former beauty. Though the remnants of its former magic still linger it was destroyed by power hungry scientists. More tests to make more technology to go further, faster more this more that. Boom It all went up in flames, radiation spilled out into South America from the global power station in Brazil. The nuclear plant 15 times that of Chernobyl blew its top. The initial explosion flattened Brazil and the shockwaves were felt from the Florida keys. But the thing that truly ruined the world was the nuclear fallout. it rained down everywhere turning the world into a desolate wasteland deserts for miles and miles. Now you live in districts to survive, but what's the good in just being a number. Why would you look forward to a future of infant nothing, can you run from that? Where would you go? Where have the people who have escaped gone? Is that a future? What if there's someone who got left behind? Their earth that was once in a solar peril has somehow been salvaged and mysteriously replenished like new. Waking up with his girlfriend and sister by his side, Harvey journeys his way to the Mayan pyramids that are rumored to still be standing and birthing society. Hoping to reach loved ones in an already established city, they navigate through the forested jungles to realize this is not the earth they once knew and loved. Rebellious groups take upon themselves to rewrite the rules of the world as the gathering of man does not always fall on stable minds. With the help of friends and discovered life forms along the way, Harvey begins to understand why exactly their planet was salvaged. Making sense of the insensible, their adventures show evidence of not only the altered biology of earth, but also that of mankind... Bearth is 92,440 words of pure imagination and has been entertainingly my first novel ever attempted.
