Everyone's returned from the Great Above, Navy and the others have died, Amethyst is ruling the Great Above with Willow and Sunny, and everything's good.

Everyone's happy.

Until it doesn't.

A fight between King and Purple leads to Purple getting trapped in a dimension where the Gray Death Pandemic went in Orchid's favor, and he has to team up with alternate versions of him and his friends and family to get home.

Elsewhere, Purple's world is vulnerable, leaving Mocha, and a resurrected Amber able to take over.

Leaving King and the others to fight them off on their own.
