Cella Songbird, a small town girl from the Seam in District Twelve, gets ready for the Reaping for the 74th annual Hunger Games with her best friends Katniss Everdeen and Gale Hawthorn. Gale and Katniss have always been...insanely close, and Cella has taken the responsibility of comforting herself by always being cheerful and happy, and pushing any REAL emotions back into the deep dark parts of her mind, with her angry subconscious. She has never really noticed anyone, except maaaybeee a handsome blond baker's son. But it doesn't matter, surely he'd never like a girl like her.
What happens when Katniss' sister is reaped, and Cella volunteers in her place, and Peeta is dragged along with her? Surely she'd die, but what if the odds are really in her favor??

The Hunger Games: A Change In Heart
What if Peeta and Katniss never teamed up? What if Katniss finds trust in the most unlikely person? When Katniss volunteers for her sister, her only thought is to make it back to Prim. But what if another tribute catches her eye? Can she survive the Hunger Games? Can she figure out her mixed feelings for Cato? From the book: "So I want to know what you think about something. " I say slowly. He looks up curiously. " What is it Katniss? " he asks looking into my eyes. I feel immediately guilty for what I am about to say, especially since he saved my life by giving me bread. "So I have been thinking this over in my head and it seems that this is the only choice I have in order to make it home to Prim." I start. "Katniss?..." He says. He doesn't like what I am saying and I haven't even gotten to the worst part yet. "I know you want to make it back home to your family and I know that you are a part of my District, but I need to make it home to Prim!" I say, tears threatening to fall, I feel awful for what I am doing. Peeta looked extremely worried by this point. "What's wrong? What happened- " I cut him off " I'm... I'm... joining...the careers."Concluida
Gale: A Hunger Games Story
"And Gale. I know him. He won't be shouting and cheering. But he'll be watching, every moment, every twist and turn, and willing me to come home." - Katniss Everdeen, The Hunger Games Katniss Everdeen is fighting for her life in the 74th Annual Hunger Games. We know her story. But have you ever wondered what it was like on the home front, in District 12? This story is Gale's, his outlook on the games, his feelings about his best friend's situation, and his interactions with the people of District 12. The story is set during the time period of "The Hunger Games" (book one of the trilogy). It is written from the perspective of Gale Hawthorne, and does not concern any events in books two and three. This is my first fan fiction, my first "real" attempt at long form prose writing, and my first Wattpad story. I appreciate constructive feedback, but please, no hate. While the characters and some plot points are based off of Suzanne Collins's Hunger Games Trilogy, (which I in no way own the rights to) I have created this story using my own imagination. Please do not attempt to recreate it in any form. Additionally, if ideas in this work are similar to that of other writings, it is purely coincidental and I apologize deeply for any inconvenience. Please comment if you enjoy! Happy reading!!!Concluida
The Girl On Fire | Hunger Games | Peeta (1)
(Slow burn love story) "Ladies and gentlemen, let the 74th Hunger Games begin - and may the odds be ever in your favor!" Alessia Farehart was just a normal teenage girl who struggled to survive in District 12. Gale and Katniss were her best friends since they were in their mothers' wombs. After Alessia's parents' deaths, she struggled to survive but with the help of Katniss and Gale, she learned how to survive and she protected them and their families from the nasty capitol. Then the reaping day came... and she met Peeta Mellark. I made this cover, so there are no creds for it lol . I do not own any of the characters except for Alessia and her storyline. Everything else is owned by the author of these books.Concluida
My Only True Love - (everlark story)
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own any of this characters. All of them are fully, truly and only Suzanne Collins'. This is what I think would have happened if the hunger games never existed. So Katniss and Peeta become friends in kindergarten and they start developing feelings towards each other along the road. They also meet all the other Victors and some other tributes and befriend them. WARNING: this story is fully everlark so if you are team Gale don't read this cause you are not going to like it. #Wattys2015Concluida
"Allies?" "Always."
In what used to be North America, the proud country of Panem now stands. The rulers from the Capitol hold a televised survival competition in which one male and one female between the ages of twelve and eighteen are reaped to fight to to death in an arena designed to be as deadly as the tributes, themselves. This game is forever known as The Hunger Games. Peeta Mellark, District Twelve's Baker's son, has been, madly in love with his companion, Katniss Everdeen, since the small age of five. Ever since tragedy gave him enough courage to ask for her hand, the unspeakable happens. Katniss's little sister, Primrose, is reaped for the death sentence. Peeta watches helplessly as his lover volunteers to take her place in the Games. Soon after, Peeta is reaped himself. He knows that only one will come out alive: someone smart, determined, and strong enough. And it would be his love. It had to be. This is my verson of The Hunger Games, originally writen by Suzanne Collins.Concluida
Always
"Will you stay with me?" He asks as if he's unsure. I look him in the eyes and kiss his hand. "Always." I whisper. Book 1 Peeta loved her first and she loved him second, or was it all just a ploy to survive? They were thrown into the games together, but only one could come out. . or so they said. Book 2 Katniss and Peeta have managed to survive the hunger games. But what the Capitol will throw at them next will require more then just wits and cunning. Will they make it through the rough waters, or will they crash and slowly fall apart? Book 3 You can only live with half of yourself for so long before you break. . or at least that's what people have been telling her. But none of the voices that surround her mange to break through the way his soft whispers do. My version of all three books. Thanks Suzanne Collins for writing The Hunger Games!
