Nirvair Sehgal × Iknoor Iyer

"Kya hua h?"He asked as he stood in front of her staring at her teary eyes.

"Me..meri payal kho gayi h"Iknoor said as more tears fell down her eyes.

He sighed.

Sure he didn't want this marriage but she was his wife now and anyways he didn't like her crying.

"Relax...mil jayega, mein dhundta hu"He said as he started looking for the silver pagal she had worn during their wedding.

A flash of light reflected from the swimming pool and he sighed in relief when he spotted the silver payal upon a close watch.

Without waiting for any second,he straight away jumped into the pool.

Iknoor gasped at his actions. It was freezing cold in Vishakapatnam and he jumped into the icy water.

He emerged out of the pool, water dripping down his body, his biceps flexed as he moved his shoulder length hair back and walked towards her, holding the pagal in his left hand.

Iknoor forwarded her hand to take it from him but she gasped for the second time that night when instead of giving it to her he bent down in front of her.

Slowly lifting her saree a lil above,he tied the pagal on her left ankle.

"Dubara mat khona isse..... it's getting cold get inside"He said and left leaving behind a very surprised Iknoor.

She fell first,he fell harder.

He always wanted to be a Confectioner, but his father didn't approve. So, he ended up becoming one anyway. He doesn't care about his father's opinion. He doesn't really like his family, except for his mother and sister-they are the only people for whom he would die or take a life. "Marne ke liye humari hi scooty mili hain aapko?" she said angrily, continuing to speak as he silently admired her-not staring, but appreciating. "Kya dekh rahe hain?" she asked in anger. "Nihaar raha hoon, kaisa lagta hain kisi mein kho jana," he whispered softly. He was the first to fall, but one night changed everything-his love turned into deep hate. He walked in like the breeze, easy, unhurried, carrying the scent of something familiar. Shreyas Iyer. A cricketer the nation admired, a man who made chaos look calm. He didn't chase the spotlight, it followed him. Not because he demanded attention, but because his presence made silence feel like a song. People often mistook his laid-back smile for indifference, but those who really knew him... knew he was the calm after every storm. She sat quietly, listening-always listening. Not to reply, but to understand. Aarohi Agarwal. A therapist with soft eyes and sharp comebacks. She healed people for a living, but rarely let anyone hold her broken pieces. Empathy was her strength. Boundaries were her armour. She didn't like messes, especially the emotional kind. But she was a beautiful contradiction, sweet and sassy, soft-spoken but never a pushover. She knew what hurt felt like... and more importantly, what healing looked like. Two people, neither looking for anything. One tired of being seen as just a jersey. The other too used to seeing through people. They didn't crash into each other. They collided gently, like constellations crossing paths. Not to complete, but to coexist. Because sometimes, the most unexpected souls find the quietest corners of each other. And sometimes, the cosmos doesn't scream. It whispers.

"Hi Riya how are you feeling?" Kanvika asked a small 9-year-old patient who was lying on the bed suffering from emphysema (a chronic disorder related to the lungs) I'm fine Dr didi and meet my big brother, she said pointing her hand towards the other side of the bed. Without looking first, she continued to say, "Hi this is kanvi..." her voice fading away as soon as she saw the person standing in the opposite direction. The other person, now taking the lead continued, "Hello this is Abhimanyu Agnihotri", forwarded his hand, and he was shocked to see her wearing a nuptial chain ( related to the wedding ). "Hi this is kanvika Baner.." she stopped again and proceeded to say, "Sorry I'm Kanvika Agnihotri " forwarded her hand too, shaking his hand. He was more shocked to hear her saying his surname instead of her name. He didn't even see her face on the day of their wedding. The very next day of their marriage, he had to travel to london for his company emergency meeting and issues. So he never got a chance to see his own wife's face. After 3 months he came back to India as his Grandmother was budging him to take care of his wife and take up his responsibilities. He did not know that he got married to his LOVE and even she didn't know that the person she was searching for is none other than her own husband. People might think this is a mistake forgetting the fact that this is just a Chance given by the destiny. When destiny decides to bring them together, it will. Destiny never break it's own promise. It will bring them back together even without their own acknowledgment Now, how will he convince her? For not being and not caring for past 3 months. Will he ask for forgiveness? Will She forgive him? . . . . . . . She used to live in his memories, He used to live in her words. Neither her heart forgot him nor he left her back. Let's see the journey of two Yearning Hearts.

" You are really beautiful Nivi...... oh I am sorry Actually it slipped out accidentally. I heard your mom addressing you as Nivi that's why " when this man sitting in front of me who is handsome and damn hot addressed me as Nivi all those hatred with which I came to meet him blown away. My eyes becomes soft and wet. I quickly put my head down and looked at floor to hide those stupid tears. Siddarth Singh Khurana, most prominent business tycoon of South Asia.Current head of Khurana's business empire. Most eligible bachelor, youngest and successful business man. " I think I can't even imagine any other girl beside me as my bride other than you " his deep husky voice made a tingling sensation all over my body. why this is happening to me? I came to say a no for this marriage whoever he is. I stopped dreaming about my future then why I am having second thoughts now. He remembers me of a person whom I really miss. The way he called my name as Nivi was enough for me to break that stone wall inside my heart. " Nivedita look at me once." I slowly raised my head and met his dark eyeballs. " I promise you I won't let you regret this marriage. I will give all happiness for you. At first it was just a business marriage for me but after meeting you I got admired by your simplicity. please say yes" he looked at me with those hopeful eyes. I didn't say anything but I nod my head as yes and he was overwhelmed by my yes. " Thank you, thank you so much " he held my both hands and said. ................ This was the last happiest conversation I remember which I has with my so called husband who is now laying on his bed and beating out of shit from me. I regret that each and every moment when I agreed for this marriage. I can't even cry loudly to forget this immense pain all over my body because if he heard my sound he might kill me and I can't die like at any cost. I need to survive and I don't know like what I did to this family they are treating me like a shit.

#ʙᴏᴏᴋ-2 ᴛʜᴇ ᴋʜᴀɴ ᴅʏɴᴀꜱᴛy "𝐈-𝐈 𝐝𝐨" I whispered, my voice barely audible over the sound of my own heart pounding in my chest. I kept my gaze steady as the Marriage Officiant slid the nikah papers towards me. As I lowered the pen to sign, my eyes caught a glimpse of the groom's name written boldly: ZAIN IMAD KHAN. No. This can't be true. It can't be him. But there was no time to process this shock. My fingers moved almost on their own, signing the papers before I handed them back through the flower partition that separated me from that cruel monster. I felt a numbness spreading through me as my stalker, now my husband on the other side signed, sealing our fate. And then, a voice cut through the silence like a knife. "𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐉!" My head snapped towards the entrance, and my breath caught in my throat. Who is at the other end of the partition if he is standing here? Before I could understand what was happening, a strong hand grabbed my wrist, pulling me back. I collided against a firm chest, inhaling a scent I had come to know all too well. My heart raced as I realized who it was-Zain Imad Khan, the man who had haunted my thoughts for weeks. Before I could utter a word, he lifted his arm, a gun gleaming in his hand. He said in a dangerous tone. "𝐈'𝐝 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞-𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞" Without hesitation, he pulled the trigger. The gunshot echoed through the room, and the monster at the entrance staggered back, clutching his chest. I stood frozen as he shielded me. The room was filled with shocked gasps, but at that moment, everything else faded away. All I could feel was the warmth of his presence, the protection in his touch, and the realization that when the best was taken away from me, destiny blessed me with the bestest-him.

#4 in the Doctor series When are you divorcing me?" He did nothing but stare in shock, surprise, and something else-which he shouldn't-yes, he shouldn't feel hurt. There is no vitality or existence in this relationship, and we are drifting like two birds with no destination. "You seem to be in haste to get rid of me?" he questioned otherwise. "It's better for both of us... I mean for three of us. I feel bad that instead of knowing you love someone else, I married you. Maybe if I tried to speak with Dadu, he would have understood it. He would have been angry but knowing that his children's happiness lies in someone else, he could have understood it sooner or later." I thought this wedding wouldn't affect me. I will mind my job but know things have changed. I... I started to love him which I can't say to him. He will never leave the girl he was in love with for 3 years for a relationship of 10 days and that's me. "Can you be without me?" I perceived a drop of rain falling on me I don't know why did he ask me that. And from where this question came? Maybe I will be shattered into pieces, Ekansh. But I acted most weirdly. I laughed at him. "You are saying as if we have been together for years. Come on Ekansh, I am not a love-sick girl." He caught my wrist gently and made me stare at him. "Then, I will divorce you very soon!" He muttered against my face and he sounded angry again. *** Bond to him streams about the couple whose wedding was fixed by their elders when they were kids. Growing up, their thoughts, views, and interests drastically changed. They were on different paths in life. Neither of them was fond of each other until the topic of the wedding was brought up.

"Hey, baby?" I smile cheekily, grabbing Shreyan's attention and the girl beside him. He facepalms and looks at me, "Avyuktha?" "You look handsome, boyfriend." I wink at him and look at the girl beside him. "I'm sorry to say this. He's taken. We have engaged already." She nods pursing her lips and stands up. "All yours," she takes the seat across from Shreyan. I sit beside him and loop my arm around his. "I'm Avyuktha, Shreyan's lover since kindergarten. We are gonna marry soon." I tell her but I don't see any discomfort in him. Even the girl is just enjoying us. To spice up things, I add looking at him, "It's been so long since we have had our time." "Uh-huh?!" he smirks, "Let's go to my house then." Blood rushes to my cheeks. God! How could he just talk to me like this when the girl he is gonna marry is in front of him? I turn to the girl and smile, "He's just being desperate since it's been so long." I lean in front and say something I haven't ever expected to say, "As we are gonna become parents." Her eyes widen and I look at Shreyan. He is looking at me shocked. My plan working. The girl leans in front, "That's great news. How many months?" she asks. I look at Shreyan. He says, "It's three months." Man! he is being comfortable again. I'm gonna embarrass him to death today. No matter what!! I scoot closer and he takes deep breaths looking away, rolling his eyes in slow motion. "Baby, who is she?" "My sister," he says. I nod. "Hi, sister-in-law," she waves at me and looks at my stomach. "How is my niece?" "Your niece is healthy, Riya," Shreyansh winks. "She will be beautiful since her mother is, too." *************************************** Cheerful girl and a broody guy! Dreaming princess and a practical prince! Innocent angel and a cocky bastard! Avyuktha and Shreyan! Poles apart but hearts are close!
