Rocky is just so hard to get a read on from Zuma or is it that Zuma is too carefree to notice the obvious feeling his best friend has for him, all while Chase try's and figures out his role as the new leader of the Paw Patrol and uncovers a dark mystery unfolding in the city with the help of his friends Marshall and Skye.
