Norah Sinclair is a caring and compassionate person, always putting the needs of others before her own. She is responsible and hardworking, striving to excel in her job as a social worker. Despite her empathetic nature, Norah's desire to help others often leads her to neglect her own needs and well-being. She bottles up her emotions, never wanting to burden anyone with her problems. As a result, she struggles with self-doubt and feelings of inadequacy, always striving to be better, but never quite reaching her own high standards. Smoking is a crutch Norah uses to cope with these feelings, offering her a temporary escape from her worries.

She is also fiercely protective of her twin brother Liam, who is her only family.

Little did she know, while her main focus was on her job and looking after her brother, a much more sinister force was lurking in the shadows of Seattle. A force that would soon threaten the lives of those she cared about most.
