Penelope was always called the ugly child when she was 10 years old she struggled with her eating habits now she's 17 and in high school completing the last year for high school before she graduates she's constantly trying to show everyone that it's what's on the inside that matters when a new boy at her school gets her attention she will do anything to show him that she can be as beautiful as her twin sister Isabella and other girls in her classroom but after a horrible prank gone wrong and true feelings come out she realizes that no matter how pretty she looks people will still see her as the ugly child
