Birth of a Warlord

Six months after the "decisive" Battle of Hoth, the Rebellion seems to have been all but eliminated as potential threat to the Galactic Empire. It's remained forces are either scattered and disorganized, or aligned with an ever mobile fleet that must rely on pirate tactics in order to survive. With the Rebellions defeat and the Death Star avenged, the Empire can concentrate on consolidating and capitalizing on gains made in the Outer Rim. Admiral Vernon Sowards has been ordered to the lush world of Caitti, on special orders from the Emperor to assist the pro-Imperial regime in "any way necessary to fulfill the goals of the Empire."
