Dahlia Graham had mixed feelings about starting high school, best described as a nervous wreck back in her middle school she was frequently bullied for being quite feminine, now this wouldn't be an issue if it weren't for the fact that the universe decided to screw her over before she was even born by giving her the incorrect genitalia, which lead to her mistakenly being classified as "male" by her doctors, her family and by society at large.

Now Dahlia has understood for a while that she's actually a girl but she has never been able to vocalize it, which lead to quite an extensive bit of bullying. But she's mot completely hopeless, hiugh school marks a fresh start for many and there's still hope that she might make some genuinely cool friends and might find her voice to vocalize her identity for the whole world to hear and to understand that she is a girl.
