Setting: north Carolina. next to the ocean
Present time

Every summer in North Carolina near the ocean. 7 friends hang out every summer and every day. 6 boys and 1 girl. They save up enough money to buy a speed boat and every day the group is always on the boat either swimming in the ocean or just cruising around. 

They are very close and have known each other since they were eight years old. They cause trouble around town and The group is known as the Scamps. 
A hurricane hit their town. They got stuck on the boat. Ralph was tying up the boat and the others ran off to go home. The next day Ralph was nowhere to be seen. 

People say he died. People say he was kidnapped. Who will know? The group is on a mission to find their missing friend will they succeed read to find out.
