Rohan's eyes welled up with tears as he gazed at Aarav, his mind flooded with memories of Nalini. He took a deep breath, his voice trembling slightly.

"Yes, beta (child), I saw your ma every day for many years. She was the most beautiful person I've ever laid eyes on. And you... you have her sparkling eyes, just like hers." Rohan's eyes misted as he gently touched Aarav's eyes.

Aarav's curiosity was palpable. "And my sister? What was she like, Papa?"

Rohan's face contorted, struggling to hold back tears. "Your sister... she was a tiny, precious angel. She had my nose and your ma's lips... just like you said." He paused, collecting his thoughts.

Aarav's eyes widened, eager for more. "What happened to her, Papa? And where is Ma now?"

Rohan's heart ached, knowing he had to reveal the truth eventually. But for now, he wanted to cherish the memory of Nalini and their little family.

SECRET & SCARS

𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐗 𝐉𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐯𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧. In a world that screams, I stand in despair, My voice drowned out, lost in the air. Chains of tradition tighten each day, I long to escape, but I'm forced to stay. Each breath I take feels heavy and torn, Every mistake a scar I've worn. I crave a sky where I can be free, Away from the walls that imprison me. For now, I sit with my heart in pain, Silent, yet screaming, again and again. Though shattered, a spark in me still survives, Dreaming of freedom where my soul can rise.
