I was a toddler, but I remember it clearly. it was one of the usual sunny days in Konoha and I was running. from what? nothing. 
I just enjoyed the breeze and everything around me getting behind me quickly.
Naruto tried to catch up because we know, kids in Konoha don't have much to do.
