Meet Ethan, a talented but troubled musician with a history of substance abuse and homophobia. He's forced to confront his demons when he's paired with Rylan, an openly gay music producer, to create a comeback album.

Ethan's initial disdain for Rylan's sexuality and music style masks his own insecurity and fear. As they work together, Rylan challenges Ethan's biases and pushes him to confront his past mistakes.

Despite their differences, they develop a begrudging respect for each other's talent. Ethan begins to see Rylan in a new light, but his own homophobia and fear of vulnerability threaten to sabotage their collaboration and potential romance.
