Every mage must complete a trial to establish their ranks after they turn nineteen. The council pairs up one mage from every village to complete the assigned trial. One year an advanced group of mages turns up missing a month after their trial was assigned. The disappearance of the six mages caused the council to temporarily stop the trials. Three years later the council put it up to a vote and decided to reinstate the trials.
Medow Folium thought for sure when she lost her brother that the trials would end but now three years later it's her turn to complete the the trial. Her teams trial; find the missing six.
