My name is Beatrice Prior and I'm a nobody. I used to be the kid every one liked until all my friends left me for the "popys". Apparently I'm not good enough. I've been friendless for about 4 years now. My dad got arrested a year or two ago for I don't know what and my mom is all ways a bitch to me. Caleb my brother is the only person that's nice to me. Not even the teachers notice me. Will my life ever get better?
Yes it does! Because I'm moving to Chicago next week! I can start over! I don't have to be the unnoticed girl. I can be myself again! And I will call myself Tris! Not Beatrice the name of a little girl but Tris the name of the new girl!

I opened my eyes to see a dozen more staring right back, it was like standing in the hall of mirrors. I look down at myself and see dirt on my arm, I rub at it but it won't come off. I look at my other arm and see the same thing, just lighter, I rub that too. My eyes adjust to the sudden change of light and I can see that it wasn't dirt, they're tattoos. Third of all: Disclaimer: I respect Ms. Roth's ending, but I still love Tris, so here I am. I also don't own Divergent. EXCERPT FROM TOBIAS' POV: 'That is how I lost my temper. I couldn't stand her. Or David. Or The precious, ever-so-worthy Bureau. I punched her square in the nose, and she fell. Weakling. Do these so-called Pures know how to fight? I kick her, until someone pulls me away. I hear them mutter, "stupid Dauntless soldiers. Why is this my job, taking them to David?"' EXCERPT FROM TRIS' POV: 'Mom?" I say, softly, and she embraces me.
