A 100 years have passed since the battle between Demon Slayers vs the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji. Sumihiko Kamado, great-great-grandson of Tanjiro Kamado is a high school student who is living a normal and carefree life. However, a group of unknown organizations are doing research and experiments in an attempt to recreate the demon king. Meanwhile, Sumihiko recently had strange dreams from his ancestors that something bad will happen soon and he will be in the middle of it. Sumihiko, Kanata, and the rest gang must band together to fight this unknown organization with the help of the other descendants and reincarnations from the previous Demon Slayers.
