Eventually this ultimately came to and end then the two brothers were set straight by Nero, Vergil's son and they put their differences and rivarly aside to stop the tree for good. Eventually they have gotten their fill and decided to leave with the help of Vergil's Yamato but this didn't go as planned as they were sent to a new universe entirely.
