Hot shot has more tests done and then is diagnosed with Choroid Plexus Carcinoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is brave and ready to fight his cancer head on. Hot shot makes friends with four other kids his age with the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and decide to fight their cancer together.
