The year is 2058 and humanity is on the cusp of extinction.
Aliens, that bare a resemblance to bipedal raptors, have invaded Earth for reasons unknown to humanity. What is known about them is that they're strong, fast, smart, and very advanced with technology. When they arrived it took a solid month from constant gunfire from above before humans became a rarity. Especially in more ways than one.
Oddities. Humans that have mutated to have special abilities unique to their individual person. Some are stronger, some faster, some smarter, but all different. Some are more common, others unique. Much is unknown on how an Oddity came to be, but what is known is that they first came to be when the Rapterians invaded.
With humans nearing extinction and the survivors getting scared into hiding in the little villages and towns that they've been able to create without detection. Humans must now rely on the few who are able to trek this new world in order to survive, regardless if they're an oddity or human.
Especially when it seems like the Rapterians are settling down to stay, and are now capturing the remaining humans and oddities alive.
Follow the story of our semi-apathetic oddity protagonist, Jet, as he lives his life day by day, surviving and curiously observing the Rapterians and their weirdly interesting behavior.
