Cole wakes up after the merge confused and alone. He believes that the ninja are dead and he'll never see his family again. But waking after the merge, surrounded by junk, he meets the finders- and one certain purple munce makes him believe that he can find love and a family again.

(After the events of season 13 and I repeat not a bruise ship they are just both really good friends) The ninja decided they wanted to explore Ninjago a bit before returning home. During their travels they come across a island that was something out of a fairytale. Cole likes it because maybe that means he can finally find a way to get Kai to be his boyfriend. Princess Vania had given him flirting advice, but none of it seemed to work. Cole knew Kai was bi and just really hoped he could find a way to get Kai to feel the same way he did. Jay liked the place okay because he saw it as the perfect opportunity to make it up to Nya after the whole munce queen issue. Sadly though the peaceful fairytale like land suddenly becomes very dangerous when a evil fairytale creature kidnaps the two siblings and it's mostly up to Cole and Jay to rescue them. He tried to find where Nya was adopted at but there was no luck and soon after that the orphanage kick kai out as they didn't want to deal with him. He was force to live off the streets for years but when he came across a kid that remind Kai of the hardship of living on the streets, he just had to take him in as his own brother. It's been almost a year since Nya left the team and merged with the sea. Ever since then Kai and Jay have not been the same. None of the ninjas have. But most of the others had learned to move past it. While Kai and Jay still have their moments of Grieving. Wu was worried about them. She could tell that they still were affected by her "death". Though she was still physically alive, the Nya they knew was no longer there; the Nya they loved was dead. But Wu's worries only grew when he left one day to go do his smoke visions in a more quiet and peaceful place. The other ninja had left to go do some work in Ninjago city while Kai and Jay stayed behind. The two boys recently have been near each other often. They seemed to be discussing something but none of the others would know what. As one of the others comes over they keep their mouths shut. Wu sat by the fire and meditated. How he would love to be able to see what has been going on in the two students' heads, but there was no possible way of doing so. He hummed as his smoke visions started to appear. Everyone was as happy as could be as expected but then the visions slowly started to darken... He awoke again with a small burst of panic but quickly calmed down, he knew to keep them safe. This takes place just a bit after the merge and the SORI series in Boboiboy so Boboiboy have the new watch and it's a alternative universe so it's pretty different from the normal series.
