He was iron and ice -
A storm in uniform,
Duty etched into every breath,
A man sculpted by warzones and wounds
no one dared to ask about.

She was springtime and stardust -
Soft laughter in sunlit halls,
Dreams tucked between notebooks and
a heart untouched by the world's sharp edges.

He saw her - once.
And the world, so long silenced by sirens and gunfire,
began to hum again.

He fell first.

But like a building set to detonate -
Loud. Final.
Without warning.
