Adriana Rowena was born into a middle-income home. Despite being beautiful and brilliant in school, her parents cared little for her and focused their attention on her younger brother, Liam.

Her challenges increased when she experienced a traumatic incident after her high school graduation, involving a neighbor she was close to at the time. He threatened her to keep silent.

As expenses grew, Adriana took on an extra job as a bartender at Club OJ, the most vibrant club in Debon. Despite facing harassment, she stayed for the decent pay. One night, the club was bought by a wealthy man named Mario Martinez. During their brief encounter, Mario bought drinks from Adriana and left a lasting impression on her, though he didn't appear again for a while.

On the eve of her daughter Riele's sixth birthday, Adriana went to a grocery store to buy cake mix and other items. To her surprise, she encountered Mario again, who paid for her groceries. They exchanged numbers, and Mario soon transformed her life into one of luxury, but also introduced her to a world of danger.
