Hamato Yoshi A.K.A the Splinter and Oroku Saki's A.K.A the Shredder's elder brother Oroku Nagi fall in love with same woman who called Tang Shen. One day while Oroku Nagi and Hamato Yoshi were fighting over Tang Shen, Yoshi killed Nagi. Then Hamato Yoshi escaped to U.S.A illegally. Shredder become the new leader of Foot Clan also a crime lord. Shredder finds Hamato Yoshi and pour an ooze which is called mutagen on him. Shredder doesn't know the ingredient of mutagen and he thinks it is going to kill his nemesis but Hamato Yoshi mutated into a rat. Accidently some of the mutagen effected Yoshi's four baby pet turtles and they become humanoid turtles. Yoshi A.K.A the Splinter raised them as his sons and tought them ninjutsu. Turtles have became crime fighters. Shredder and turtles have been fighting with eachother for years. One day Shredder's plans have sabotaged by the Turtles as usual.This time that is the last straw for shredder. He is determined to take a revenge against turtles and Splinter. Shredder and his off world ally Krang make a new ruthless plan. According to their plan Krang find out an unique physicks study and he decided to kidnap the scientist who conducted the research. When young scientist Dr.Gwen Miller kidnapped by Shredder her life changes complately...While Shredder and Krang are working on their ruthless plan, horrifying incidents occurs to happen unexpectedly. Michelangelo Hamato and Oroku Saki aren't too concerned about the strange dreams they're having- ones where they work with an 'imaginary' version of the other to defeat monsters or solve problems- at first. The duo are chosen to play a game by someone- or something- only known to them as Game Master. They wake up at the beginning of each level- each a new location with its own objective, atmosphere, and story. And each level is more intense or dangerous than the last. But something they all have in common: Waking world consequences. They learn pretty quickly that they need to work with the imaginary version of the other in order to pass and survive their trials. But as things become harder to explain in the waking world, Saki and Mikey must consider the possibility of these dreams not being just dreams. As they progress in this... game... working together becomes ingrained to the point that even in the waking world, they fall into the rhythm of working together. With the partnership in both worlds forming, neither side is quite sure how to handle the drastic changes in them. But what if these changes aren't really drastic, just no longer hidden? As He And Tsuyoshi Were Walking Down The Street, They Bumped Into A Suspicious Man, Whom They Curiously Followed Into An Alleyway. As They Watched The First Man Exchanging A Strange Canister Of Mutagen With Another, Splinter Accidentally Stepped On A Rat Which Gave Away Their Position. Pushing Tsuyoshi Away As A Fight Ensued, And While Splinter Was Able To Defeat The Men (Who Were Actually Kraangdroids In Disguise), The Canister Was Broken. Splinter And The Newly Bought Pet Turtles Were All Covered In Ooze And Mutated Instantly. Splinter Became A Giant Rat For The Last Thing He Touched Was A Rat Before Splinter's Mutation, While The Turtles Became Anthropomorphic, And Tsuyoshi Remained Human As Wasn't Near Them When The Mutagan Fell On Them. For The Following Fifteen Years, Splinter The Turtles And Tsuyoshi Lived In Hiding In The Sewers Under New York City. Taking Them In As His Sons And Students, Splinter Raised The Turtles And Tsuyoshi And Trained Them In The Ways Of Ninjutsu.
