Awakening as a handsome high school senior, he navigates his new life alongside his best friend, Jasmine, and forms a connection with his classmate Eve.

As they work on a school project, Eve begins to question her relationship with her boyfriend Rex, feeling a growing attraction to Cerulean. When the Teen Team faces off against the Lizard League in a losing battle, Cerulean arrives unexpectedly, using his powers to assist them. His impressive abilities surprise Eve and the rest of the team, leading to a thrilling victory against the villains.
