In an alternate universe where Deku, overbeared by the bullying he receives at his school, he is disencouraged once All Might tells him he should give up his dream and be more realistic like joining the police force. Instead of the path he usually takes home, he takes a different one, missing the event where his rival gets captured by a villain.
Ultimately after dropping his notebook, a strange passerby briefly goes through it before handing it to him, praising him for his great analytics and how useful this could be if looking for the hero's weaknesses. He urges him to join him in bringing the society of heroes down and everyone who harassed him.
